At the sensory garden and mobility park of the Mt. Herman Exceptional Student Center today (April 17th, 2014), an Easter Egg-Stravaganza was held. Part of the event entailed a balloon release in memory of the four Mt. Herman children who have died this past year: August, Morris, Chelsea, and Brooke. Also, Bobby Cherry (August’s speech language pathologist) passed away. I was not able to attend (I had classes), but one of the teachers, Jennifer Walsh, sent me this pic.
